Laptopsprechstunde

Maybe you've already heard of the laptopsprechstunde (consultation hour), but do you know how it can help you? The team of our Laptopsprechstunde has created instructions for you on setting up eduroam, Office, VPN/Proxy, mail, FollowMe printing and certificates.

If you are having trouble following the instructions, the team of our Laptopsprechstunde will be happy to help you by email or during opening hours.

IT service center room 3.2.U1.131 (counter in the ITS corridor)

Opening hours: (all year round) No appointment required!

Monday - Friday: 8:30 a.m. – 11:00 a.m.
Monday - Thursday: 1:30 p.m. – 3:30 p.m.

Except on public holidays and the Christmas closing time.
